No, not unless they also have a membership. We have strict policies in place around sharing our content with other parties.
We have an affiliate program so if you know someone that would like to use our content you can benefit that way.
Please be respectful and ensure you don’t share your logins or our content with anyone else. Failure to comply will result in your account being deactivated.

Any social posts or creative work that you crafted using our imagery or video content while you were an active member can absolutely remain active and continue to shine.

Most collections are now uploaded in high resolution, and you can choose to download in either high or low res.
Just click the image, hit download in the top right, pick your size and file type, and you’re sorted. -
In the member area, click the magnifying glass in the top right. Select “Colours,” then use the eyedropper or enter your hex code. The system will pull everything that matches your code, plus close variations. You can also just type a colour word like “brown” into the search bar.

Commercial Licence - and it must stay active for as long as you’re creating content for paid clients or those clients are using content you’ve created.

No. Annual just means you’re billed once per year instead of monthly. Commercial rights are only valid while your membership is active - whether you pay monthly or annually.

Inside the portal you will find a genuine photography area (our main area) and an AI generated area which features AI imagery so that it is easily distinguishable from the genuine photos.
At preset the stock library is around 90% genuine authentic photography and 10% AI Imagery. -
Stock images and stock videos are instant downloads. Click the one you want, hit download, and it will save straight to your phone or computer.
Creative assets work a little differently. Click the link and it will open the template directly in Canva. For presets or any assets that aren’t in Canva, clicking download will save them directly to your device.

The Vault is designed to provide you with content for your social media channels such as Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok, Pinterest. You can use the content on your social media, on your website or other marketing and advertising material, & email campaigns.
If you wish to use our imagery in products you sell you will need a commercial license.
Please note you can not use our imagery to create prints to sell.

Yes, but you’ll need a Commercial Licence, and it must remain active for as long as those videos are earning revenue (through ads, sponsorships, or any monetisation).

No - as long as YOU maintain an active Commercial Licence for as long as the client work is live. If your Commercial membership lapses, the imagery must be removed from all client projects.

You can create and sell products using our imagery with a Commercial Licence, but the licence must remain active for as long as those products are for sale. You cannot pass usage rights to customers - if they want to use the images, they need their own membership.

We incorporate a combination of free and pro Canva elements in our templates.
When accessing the templates with a free account, they will all be accessible, but you may need to replace the pro elements with free ones (or upgrade) before downloading them from your Canva account.
There is also a lot of content that does not require a Canva account at all such as stock images.

First and foremost, you can’t share, sell or give away the downloads. They are yours to use for your own social media & marketing.
You can not use The Vault Imagery or templates to create assets to sell unless you hold a commercial license.You CANNOT use our imagery to create prints to sell.

Because of the digital nature of our portal we do not issue refunds. You can however cancel your membership at any time.

After you sign up, you'll receive a welcome email with a login link (please check your spam folder if you don't see it).
You can also log in by visiting our homepage and clicking the "ACCOUNT" button in the top right corner. Enter the email address and password you used when signing up.
Once logged in, you'll be taken to your account page - simply click "View" to access the member portal.

If you're having trouble viewing content in the member portal, try these simple fixes:
Make sure you're fully logged in and have clicked "View" on your account page to access the member portal
Check that your membership is active and payment has processed successfully
Try refreshing your browser or clearing your cache
Ensure you're using a supported browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge)
Disable any ad blockers or browser extensions that might interfere with content loading

If you haven't received your 25 free items after joining, please check your spam or junk mail folder.
The download links for these items are sent in an email, which email filters sometimes flag incorrectly.
If you've checked your spam folder and still can't locate the email, please add our domain to your safe senders list and contact our support team for assistance. -
If you need a tax invoice for your order, simply email us at info@thevaultstock.com with your order number and any details you’d like included on the invoice (such as business name or address). We’ll send it through manually. Since our products are fully digital, we don’t collect address details at checkout, so please include any information you require on the invoice when you reach out.
